What is Bridge Vault Logistics?
BRIDGE VAULT LOGISTICS is an investment gold company established over 20 years with headquarters in the United Kingdom. A specialist Bullion Dealer serving its products to investors and traders all around the world. We are also an authorized distributor of various LBMA registered gold refiners and a member of the National Association of Jewellers.
What services do you offer?
We offer Vault Storage for your gold, silver, diamonds and other precious valuables in our highly guarded vaults. We also provide Safe Deposit Box services, Secure Logistics for delivery of parcels and precious metals, and Estate Sales facilitation for precious metals bars and coins.
How do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment by visiting our Tracking page and entering your tracking number in the field provided. You will receive real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
How do I sell my precious metals?
You can sell your precious metals to us in two ways: (1) If your metals are already in our vault storage, log into your vault portal, click on Sell, fill out and submit the sale forms, and our service representative will contact you. (2) If your metals are not in our vault, contact a Precious Metals Specialist via phone, live chat, or email for complete instructions on how to ship or drop off your metals.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are to be paid by bank transfer and we must receive payment within 28 hours. Payment can also be made using Bitcoin for orders up to £25,000.00 (ID requirements apply). Online bank transfers are another option. Payments must be made from accounts registered in your name.
What is your delivery policy?
It is critical that our clients supply a delivery address at the time of placing an order or filing a vault claim. Only after payment has been verified will goods be delivered. We are unable to accept responsibility for packages delivered to multiple-occupancy homes or work addresses, and we do not deliver to PO box addresses.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you place an order for any bullion products, a cancellation fee of £500 will incur. In addition, any price differences between the products since the purchase date will be adjusted. Any queries with products received must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving.
How do I access my vault account online?
You can access your vault account online through our Vault Portal. Simply enter your Deposit Code or Email and your password to log in and manage your account.
Do you provide assaying services?
Yes. We have the most efficient and reliable assaying department to check the potency of your gold before we accept it in our vault boxes. We also provide private assay for your bullion.
